This was a special project in that the design had to withstand children as well as the elements! This park wanted to encourage open-ended play using the five senses. I designed two sets of exhibits: the first was a matching flora and fauna game that can be paired on either side, since the board stands vertically.
The second exhibit was a set of five signs, all encouraging guests to use their five senses to explore the park. There is a beaded metal loop at the bottom of the sign so kids can keep track of what they find, and even compete with other kids.
